Do I need to be home during service ?
No not at all. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any specific instructions ahead of time, you're free to go about your day while we work. We'll ensure everything is left in perfect shape when you return. We only ask that you ensure all of your doors and windows are closed, and we have access to a working water source.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned ?
We recommend gutter cleaning twice a year, typically in spring and autum, to prevent clogs and overflow. However, every home is different—if your property has heavy tree coverage or frequent debris buildup, we'll provide a customised cleaning schedule based on your home's specific needs.
Will you check for gutters damage while cleaning?
Yes! As we clean, we'll inspect for signs of sagging, separation, or drainage issues and let you know if we spot any concerns.
Will house washing remove all stains?
Our process is highly effective in removing dirt, algae, and built up stains but some deep-set stains—like rust, oxidation, or paint discoloration—may require additional treatments. If we encounter anything that needs extra attention, we'll let you know and discuss the best course of action.
